01Quick summary

Dim Sum Dynasty is an offline-friendly idle game. We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't collect your name, email, or contacts to play. The Game may show ads and use analytics and crash reporting, which involve a device advertising identifier and basic usage data. On Apple devices, ad tracking only happens if you allow it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can play, and you can opt out.

02Information the Game collects

We designed Dim Sum Dynasty to need very little. Information falls into these categories:

CategoryExamplesWhy
Game progressYour coins, upgrades, current city, prestige level and saved game stateStored on your device and, if you enable it, in your platform cloud save (e.g. iCloud) so your progress isn't lost
Device & usage dataDevice model, operating system version, language, approximate region, in-game events and session lengthAnalytics to understand how the Game is played and to improve it
DiagnosticsCrash logs, error reports, performance dataTo find and fix bugs and keep the Game stable
Advertising identifiersDevice advertising ID (such as Apple's IDFA, only with your permission), and ad interaction dataTo show ads and measure their performance, where ads are enabled
Purchase dataRecords of in-app purchases and whether ads have been removedTo deliver what you bought and restore purchases

We do not require or ask for your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, photos, or contacts in order to play.

03Advertising and tracking

The Game may display advertisements, including banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads (for example, watch an ad to earn a bonus). Ads are provided by third-party advertising networks, which may collect and process information such as your device advertising identifier, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads.

Apple App Tracking Transparency. On Apple devices, the Game will not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, or access your device's advertising identifier for tracking, unless you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you may see less relevant (non-personalized) ads, but you can still play the Game fully. You can change this anytime in your device Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking.

If we remove third-party ads from the Game in a future version, or if you purchase an ad-free option, the advertising data described here will not be collected.

04In-app purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, such as premium currency, boosts, or the removal of ads. Purchases are processed by the platform's app store (Apple App Store), not by us. We receive a record that a purchase occurred so we can grant the item and restore it later, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Your payment information is handled by the app store under its own privacy policy.

05How we use this information

We do not sell your personal information.

06Third-party partners

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the Game. These partners process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for advertising. Categories include:

Each partner handles data under its own privacy policy. We choose partners that let us configure privacy-protective settings, such as non-personalized ads when tracking is not permitted. A current list of the specific services in use is available on request at privacy@deliciousgamedevs.com.

07Your choices

08Children

Dim Sum Dynasty is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. Where the Game shows ads to users who have not consented to tracking, those ads are non-personalized. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it. Parents can also use device-level parental controls to manage purchases and content.

09Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under California law. Note that some advertising activity may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; declining the tracking prompt opts you out of that activity on Apple devices.

To make a request, email privacy@deliciousgamedevs.com.

10Retention and security

Saved game progress lives on your device and in your cloud save until you delete the Game or clear it. Analytics, diagnostic, and advertising data are retained by us and our partners only as long as needed for the purposes described here, then deleted or anonymized. We use reasonable measures to protect information, though no system is perfectly secure.

11Changes to this policy

As the Game evolves, including which ad networks or services it uses, we may update this policy. We will change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes may be noted in the Game or in its app store listing.
